Usually, we can accept bookings straight away for emergency issues such as toothache or infection. After helping you alleviate the pain, we will recommend that you re-book at a convenient time to permanently correct the underlying issue.

Q: Can I eat and drink before appointments?
A: Yes, you can eat and drink before an appointment.

Q: How long should I arrive before the appointment?
A: We recommend for first-time visits to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your appointment so you can complete the paperwork required. For returning clients, a couple of minutes before the appointment time is more than fine.
